This was the simple mission the began Art of Construction.

Devon Tilly grew up in the building materials supply chain before owning his own window & door company. Through these experiences he saw the chaos and waste that are present in every construction project.  

​

He knew there was a better way to do things. He also knew contractors and their affiliates could grow their business by figuring out that better way.  

​

And so, in 2014, Art of Construction was born.

Connecting the right technology to the right handshakes.

What does this mean?  

​

It means that technology is only as good as the people using it.  

​

And the only way we can truly adopt the right technology in construction is together.  

​

Technology doesn’t magically solve anything on its own. In fact, it can make our lives much harder if not implemented correctly.

This is why we believe the adoption of new technology in construction must be done through cross-organizational collaboration and teamwork - something we refer to simply as HANDHSAKES.
