Greg Krom, President of 303 Development and Construction Manager with Modular Sure Site, joins us on the Art of Construction SBL series to share how he’s diversifying his company with modular construction.

Greg has over 19 years of construction experience building in the Denver metro area which includes a wide range of projects from remodels, multifamily, commercial to high-end custom homes. He has helped guide and develop over 300 projects, becoming one of the most prominent and well recognized general contractors in the Rocky Mountain region. Greg’s extensive experience with design, estimating, budget development and project management provide the mainframe for 303 Development’s success. Greg is involved with numerous charities, most prominently as an executive board member for the Home Builders Foundation. From 2011-2014, he was in charge of all construction for the foundation. He was also a 2007 Man of Year for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society. Greg has been recognized by several local and regional publications throughout his career, including a Who’s Who in the Colorado Construction Industry. Greg graduated with a BSBA in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver. He was a 4-year letter winner for the university’s baseball team.
